A few words from Anna about her Quello experience

Like most women I love to shop but I was absolutely dreading buying my wedding dress. We have all been there, the shops are closing on a Saturday afternoon and you know what you are looking for but it is now where to be found.  And you want that top or jeans to go out in tonight! I was envisaging that scenario but 10 times worse!!!

So after several months of looking at dresses on line I decided that I probably had to actually go and try some on.  Quello was my first port of call, and I was so relieved when they suggested I just wander around on my own – I thought they might try and make suggestions which would have had me running back to my car!

My dress was the 2nd one I tried on.  I knew it was the one as soon as I put my arms through the straps.  It made my skin seem brighter and my eyes sparkle.  So after all my worrying it was mission accomplished in about 45minutes!

Five months later and Charlotte gave me a call.  The dress had arrived!   Fiona was absolutely fantastic, making sure I was involved in deciding how much it should be taken in and getting the shape I wanted.

Charlotte did a fantastic job at packing the dress into an easyJet sized suitcase – there were very few creases when we arrived in Bordeaux and they were easily sorted with a steamer.

On the day I felt so incredibly serene and wearing the dress felt so natural.  It was an amazing day that was way beyond both of our expectations.  Every time I see the dress bag in the spare room I feel a huge smile appear.
