If you do find your perfect wedding dress with Quello, the process is as follows...
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of your order, the remaining dress balance is payable when your dress is delivered and fittings commence (usually 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date).
With some of our designers ‘Made to measure’ and ‘Toile’ packages are available at an additional cost- please ask the Quello team for further information.
When you place your dress order you will be measured and we will order your nearest size according to the Designer’s sizing chart. Once your dress has been delivered it will then be tailored to you by our trained seamstress. For some designers we can request ‘last measure’ dates if you are planning to lose weight before your wedding then we can re-measure you closer to the dress delivery date to ensure the correct size is ordered.
If you purchase a gown from our Quello sample sale, the full dress amount is due at the time of purchase. We will provide you with a gown bag and you can take your gown home with you the same day! we will contact you to book in your dress fittings (usually 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date). We also offer a dry cleaning service for sample gowns (this is subject to additional cost).
All dress fittings are carried our at Quello with our trained seamstress. For standard alterations we advise that you will need three fittings. If you are having a jacket made or any other significant alterations to your dress, then you may require more than three fittings. If you have any questions relating to dress fittings please ask the Quello team for further information.
During your dress fittings stage, we will arrange a date with you to collect your wedding dress once it has been steamed and pressed after your final fitting. At the time of collection we will go through how to care for your gown and if you have any tricky elements to your dress such as an internal corset/bustle we will show your bridesmaids or wedding party the best way to do these for you on the big day.
