Delivery Information
Most of our orders will be despatched within 1 - 5 days however a selection of our products are hand made and may take up to 14 days to be despatched. If there is any delay in your order arriving please contact us and we will check this for you. Once products have been despatched in the UK they normally arrive in 2 - 3 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsiblity of the carrier and not of Quello as this is outwhith our control.
All parcels require a signature when the are delivered and it is not standard practice for these to be left with a neighbour or placed somewhere without a signature. If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Quello. Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before returning to Quello.
Before placing urgent orders contact info@quellobride.co.uk to ensure we can meet your time scale. To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. If a package has been returned to Quello because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent and in their original packaging. Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email info@quellobride.co.uk. We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy. We require all return items below £50 to be returned by Royal Mail recorder delivery and all items above £50 are sent by Royal Mail special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

UK & Northern Ireland Orders - £4.99 plus 70p per additional item thereafter(Royal Mail or alternative courier)
Republic of Ireland Orders - £14.95 plus £1 per additional item thereafter (Royal Mail International Signed For or by alternative courier)
International Orders - £18.95 plus £1 per additional item thereafter (Royal Mail International Signed For or alternative courier)
Urgent UK Orders - £9.99 plus £1 per additional item thereafter (that have been agreed by E-mail to be prioritised)
